Summer league starts on Tuesday! We will start workout debrief at 6pm- so if you would like to warm up, come early. Evening classes will be canceled, but there will be an extended open gym time from 3pm-5:30pm.

The theme for tomorrow is Aloha night. Whip out those grass skirts and coconut bras! The team with the most spirit will gain extra points going into next week. Also, heat times are up under the Champions League tab.
