Together We Will Endure

The Crossfit Dūrātus Foundations program is designed to help all new athletes familiarize themselves with the basic crossfit movements that they will encounter in a regular CrossFit class. The program is a 4 week cycle held every Thursday at 6:00pm that focuses on the foundational movements, form, techniques, and terminology. The class is held in a smaller setting which allows for more one on one coaching to perfect your movements before transitioning to regular Crosssfit Dūrātus classes. All beginning athletes are encouraged to join!
